hoe about an object

I know nobody is going to see this but i have a glitch where i have an object stuck to a rotating disc, and i save the object, but when i place it again, the rotating disc doesn't move at all, but the other object does and I can't move the rotating disc even after actually placing down the object. Can anyone help?
